Reconciliation

The Lord never tires of  forgiving. It is we who tire of asking for forgiveness.” Pope Francis.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation (also known as Penance, or confession) has three elements: conversion, confession and celebration. In it we find God's unconditional forgiveness; as a result we are called to forgive others. Through this wonderful sacrament people receive pardon through God's mercy for the sins they have committed. At the same time, they are reconciled with the Church community. The confession, or disclosure, of sins frees us and facilitates our reconciliation with others.

Confessions at Our Lady’s takes place each Saturday at 11.30-11.50 and at communal celebrations at Advent and Lent. You can also make a request to celebrate the sacrament at other times if you speak with Fr Stephen.
